What we collect. Names, emails, countries and comparable identifiers plus verification files mandated by law. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: performing the contract, legal duty, legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling positions, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and platform security, plus consent-based product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymized metrics. No sale of personal data.
Storage & safety. Data is kept for account lifetime and statutory windows (typically five-seven years for transaction records). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Your rights. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection rights may be used through [email protected]. We answer within the legally set windows.
